Neowin Chemicals have been given an early Olymic Gold Medal by virtue that their binder and thickner were selected to be used to print the official Olympic towel range.
The giant printing company Sunvim in China selected the Neowin binder because of its high fastness properties and low formadehyde content, meeting the strict Oekotex 100 baby class standard.
NEOVIPRINT PFL thickener is a new synthetic textile print thickener, which can be utilized as an efficient thickener for pigment print pastes. It has been designed for easy use and rapid viscosity development into a smooth paste, which provides trouble free running on screen and roller print machines. NEOVIPRINT PFL has a low salt sensitivity, which gives minimum viscosity loss when making print pastes from stock clear. Additional ammonia or other alkaline auxiliaries are not necessary when application.

Stainless steel cylindrical tanks equipped with a filtering with a filtering device at the exit end of the tank have been proven best suited for clear make up. High-speed homogenizers such as an Eppenbach are best suited for mixing the clear. To the required amount of water, add NEOVIPRINT PFL Mix thoroughly until smooth and free of lumps.
Caution: Prolonged high-speed agitation by homogenizer type mixers can result in viscosity loss, which can be detected by excessive heat build-up in the clear after mixing.

3) Direct Dispensing
Due to the excellent hydrating properties, NEOVIPRINT PFL can also be used in "direct dispense" applications. A recommended use level for this type of application would be 2.5-3.0% NEOVIPRINT PFL.
