Can you accept creasing clothes on your body?
It is an acknowledged fact that cotton garments ensure maximum comfort thanks to their suppleness and their capacity to absorb humidity. The weak point of cotton clothing is its tendency to crease easily, which makes care of such garments more difficult. The tendency to crease is due to partially amorphous structure of the cellulose, which means that structural alterations can quite easily occur. Many weak molecular bonds such as hydrogen or Van Der Waals forces, which link together long cellulose polymer chains, can alter.
In order to limit creasing, T-LF h/c resin can be used which creates stronger (covalent) and more permanent bonds and reduce creasing to a large extent. This product can be used in conjunction with some other resins, polyethylene emulsions and silicone softeners.
Description:
T-LF h/c easycare resin is designed for low formaldehyde easycare finishing of textile materials composed of cellulosic fibres alone and in blends with synthetics. The level of formaldehyde is controlled under 75ppm. | Chemicals composition: | |
| Modified N-dimethyloldroxyethylene urea | | Characteristic: | | Appearance | : Yellowish liquid | | pH value | : 6.0-7.0 | | Density 20°C | : Around 1.2g/cm3 | | Reactivity | : Excellent | | Solubility | : Soluble with cold water at any ratio | | Storage | : 12 months shelf-life stored in unopened container at the condition 50C - 300C. | | Compatibility | : Apply simultaneously with almost others resin finishing auxiliaries.
It is recommended to have small test before production,
specially anti-slip agent and water-proof agent. | Application:
Range & effect:
Cellulose fibre, rayon and its blends or knitted fabric after lowest formaldehyde resin finishing process will obtain easycare effect and meet to the no formaldehyde requirement of Oeko-Tek Standard before scouring. According to LAW112 and AATCC112, Easycare Resin T-LF contained free formaldehyde under 75 ppm is applied by padding at room temperature and liquid pick-up rate 60-90%.
